Kasper Vinther

Personal Trainer & Physiotherapist

Who is Kasper

Kasper is the type of trainer who never stops learning. He is curious by nature, immerses himself in research and is always looking for what can make training better. But that curiosity is never a goal in itself. It always ends up becoming something practical and useful for the person in front of him.

He is calm, attentive and meets you where you are. The expertise he has built over many years he uses for one thing: to make training simpler and more effective for you.

Background and experience

Kasper is a qualified physiotherapist and has worked as a personal trainer and physiotherapist for many years. He has helped hundreds of clients get stronger, stick to their training and feel better — and his interest in understanding why things work has always driven him to go deeper than most.

The latest research in strength training and physiotherapy is not just something he keeps up to date with — it is something he actively translates into improvements in what we offer our clients. New knowledge quickly finds its way into our programmes, methods and the way we teach.

He also runs courses for fitness centres and clinics and offers mentorship programmes for physiotherapists and personal trainers who want to raise their level of expertise.

How Kasper works

Kasper is analytical and precise. He quickly identifies what matters most for your progress and never lets complexity stand in the way of results. He keeps things simple, focused and effective — fine-tuning movements and adjusting plans where it matters most.

At Nordic we work from a shared system that Kasper himself has been part of developing. He lives and breathes it — and delivers it with the calm and precision he is known for. He corrects technique with many years of experience behind every eye, connects with you in a way that builds trust and safety, and puts everything in a context that is relevant to you as a person.

His clients don't just understand what they need to do. They understand why. And they understand how to repeat it themselves — because Kasper from day one builds your independence and not your dependence on him. That is what makes the difference in the long run, and that is what his clients take with them long after the first programme.

"Always do your best. No more and no less." – Kasper Vinther, personal trainer and physiotherapist

Kasper outside the gym

Kasper is himself active at a level most would call impressive. He has completed both a half and a full Ironman as well as several half marathons and full marathons. He runs and cycles on the road regularly and follows our full body programme twice a week.

That is no coincidence. Kasper lives exactly what he teaches — and that experience of combining strength training with endurance sport gives him a unique understanding of how the body adapts to load over time. He knows firsthand what it takes to stay the course, balance training volume and keep going — whatever everyday life brings.
