Nordic Performance Training ApS, Ved Amagerbanen 27, 2300 Copenhagen, CVR 39367572, is the data controller for the processing of personal data we receive from you.

What information we process

We process the information necessary to deliver our services and operate our business, including:

• Contact information (name, age, address, email, phone number)
• Information about your health to the extent it is relevant to the service you receive
• Payment and transaction information
• Information recorded through video surveillance of our facilities

Purposes and legal basis

We process your information in order to enter into and fulfil agreements with you, deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests such as security and service. Health-related information is processed pursuant to Article 9(2)(h) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU/EEA

We share information with relevant partners, including providers of payment, booking, and IT infrastructure, as well as public authorities where required by law. Some of our providers are established outside the EU/EEA. Transfers take place on a valid transfer basis in accordance with Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law. Accounting records are retained for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, and video surveillance for up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Requests should be directed to contact@nordicperformancetraining.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
