Lucas often reminds clients that you don't need a specific goal to start training — the goal might come later. What matters most is simply showing up, consistently. His presence is calm, supportive, and built on years of experience helping clients create real momentum — one session at a time. This thoughtful approach creates lasting change through a flexible structure and sustainable habits.

Kasper is deeply passionate about the science of training, but never lets complexity get in the way of progress. He keeps things simple, focused, and effective — always ready to fine-tune a movement or adjust a plan when it matters most. His coaching style is calm, positive, and rooted in helping clients feel confident in their own bodies again. When he's not coaching, you'll find him training himself — using our Nordic Full-Body program and knocking out Ironmans on the side.

Simon has a natural ability to make people feel seen, supported, and motivated. Simon uses strength training to stay capable for the active life he enjoys with friends and family — and that same balance between training and living is something he helps his clients build, too.
