FAQs About Your Free Start-Up Conversation

Wondering what to expect before you book? Here are clear, no-pressure answers to the most common questions about our free consultation — so you can feel confident before taking the first step.
Getting Started

How does the free start-up conversation work?

It’s a relaxed 30-minute chat — in person or by phone — where we talk about your goals, training history, and schedule. You’ll learn how our coaching works, and if it feels like a good fit, we’ll reserve your weekly training times.

Should I book in person or by phone?

It’s completely up to you. Both options work well. If you’d like to see the gym and meet us, book the in-person option. If you’re short on time or live further away, the phone version works just as well.

Getting Started

Is there any pressure to sign up?

No. This is a no-pressure conversation. You’ll get honest guidance, clear answers, and space to decide if it’s right for you. We only recommend a plan if we’re confident we can help.

Getting Started

Can I ask questions during the meeting?

Absolutely. It’s your time to ask anything — about pricing, schedule, results, or how it all works. We’re here to give you the clarity you need to make a confident decision.

Getting Started

What if I’m not ready to commit yet?

No problem. The start-up conversation is free and commitment-free. If now isn’t the right time, you’ll still leave with a better understanding — and you’re always welcome back later.
