Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — you can split the payment into two instalments on all programs over 6 sessions. It's a simple way to make the investment more manageable while still committing to real progress.

Why is personal training expensive?
Because it works. You're not paying for access to a training center — you're paying for expert guidance, structure, and long-term results. With just 1–2 effective sessions per week, personal training becomes the best investment in your health.
Can I cancel my program?
No. Our programs are fixed packages with a set number of sessions over a 6-12 week period. Once you've purchased a program, it's non-refundable. If you're in doubt, we recommend starting with a shorter program to try it out before committing long-term.
Do I get a fixed weekly training time, or can I schedule flexibly?
You get a fixed weekly training time that's always yours. No booking, no competition for times. Your trainer plans your program around this time to ensure structure and progress. That's why we don't offer flexible rebooking from week to week.
