Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 20, 2025
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Nordic Performance Training ApS (coaching, physiotherapy, online products, and similar services), which are collectively referred to below as coaching services.

Payment Terms

By purchasing any service, the buyer agrees to pay on time in accordance with the agreed due date.

Payment is always made in advance before the product is delivered. For coaching and physiotherapy services, payment is made via transfer to the coach/physiotherapist’s MobilePay MyShop number. If the buyer wishes, an invoice for the paid product can be sent. Please note that the invoice is sent retroactively, i.e., after the payment is made via MobilePay. The invoice will indicate that payment was made via MobilePay on the payment date.

For all coaching services, the full price is due at the time of the agreement and therefore before the start of the training program. Nordic Performance Training may, upon a separate agreement with the buyer, allow the cost of the purchased product to be paid in two installments. For installment payments, the first installment is due at the time of the agreement, and the second and final installment on the 1st of the following month.

Example: For an agreement entered into on January 15, 2020, the first installment is due on January 15, 2020, and the second and last installment on February 1, 2020.

Delivery of Services

The delivery date for purchased services is determined by agreement. We strive to deliver services as quickly as possible, but longer delivery times may occur in exceptional cases. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible. Exceptional cases include illness, vacation, unusually high work volume, and other unforeseen circumstances that affect the delivery timeline. The buyer will be informed of such cases.

For any coaching services, Nordic Performance Training and the buyer will book all training sessions together at the beginning of the training program, with the buyer having fixed weekly time slots, and these booked sessions are binding. It is therefore not possible to reschedule or cancel sessions during the duration of the chosen training program.

In case of unforeseen interruptions from the buyer's side, our coaching services will not be refunded or rescheduled, nor will the training program’s duration be extended. Extensions are only possible if agreed upon prior to the start of the training program, for example, for planned vacations or if the coach needs to extend the period due to the coach’s own planned vacation or illness.

Membership and Training Facility Access

While using our coaching services, it is not permitted to use the training facilities on your own without a coach. Memberships are only available to clients after completing a training program of a minimum of 12 weeks, if their coach finds them ready to train independently, and only if the membership limit has not been reached. If the limit is reached, you can be placed on an internal waiting list.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

There is no right of withdrawal for any coaching services purchased, and any agreement to purchase a service is binding. If the buyer regrets a purchase, the purchase is non-refundable, and Nordic Performance Training ApS cannot be held responsible for reimbursement of services.

The usual 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the agreement for purchases of goods or services online, as provided in Chapter 4 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, does not apply to the purchase of online training programs.

Training programs and dietary guidance are specifically tailored to the client’s goals and wishes, which means the creation of these falls under the exception clause in Section 18, Subsection 2, No. 3 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Nordic Performance Training ApS reserves the right to terminate the collaboration with a client in a personal training program at any time. In such cases, the client will be refunded the remaining amount of sessions or weeks left in the training program.

Liability and Client Responsibility

The use of guidance within our coaching services and similar services is always at the buyer's own risk. It is always the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their health allows them to participate in a training program unless this is part of a treatment plan with a healthcare professional.

If services are purchased for a person under 18 years of age, a guardian’s acceptance of the terms and conditions is required. The guardian is responsible for the physical condition of the person during the training program.

Intellectual Property Rights

All documents exchanged between Nordic Performance Training ApS and the buyer are copyrighted, and Nordic Performance Training ApS holds the copyright. These documents may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission from the copyright holder.

Our privacy policy is always available on our website.
