Membership Agreement with Nordic Performance Training
As a Nordic Member, you get full access to our facilities from 05:00–23:00 every day, as well as ongoing access in our app to the structured training program you have been trained in by your personal trainer during your prior training program at Nordic Performance Training.

The Member
1. General
1.1. These membership terms describe the applicable conditions for all memberships at Nordic Performance Training, as well as the current safety and order regulations within Nordic Performance Training's facilities, located at Ved Amagerbanen 27, 2300 Copenhagen.
1.2. By signing up for a membership, the member acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions set out in this document. The member is responsible for staying informed about the current membership terms, which are available on the website. These terms are an integral part of all memberships at Nordic Performance Training.
2. Membership at Nordic Performance Training
2.1. Eligibility for Membership
Membership at Nordic Performance Training can be obtained by persons who:
2.1.1. Have been assessed as ready to train independently by their personal trainer at Nordic Performance Training.
2.1.2. Have no outstanding debt from previous memberships at Nordic Performance Training.
2.1.3. Have not displayed inappropriate behavior in connection with receiving any of our services or during previous memberships at Nordic Performance Training or any other training facility.
2.2. Minors
2.2. Persons between 15 and 18 years of age may register for a membership under the same rules stated in 2.1.1, 2.1.2, and 2.1.3. The guardian must register the member and consent to the membership, and the guardian will be legally responsible for the membership as well as for any claims Nordic Performance Training may have arising from the membership.
2.2.1. Persons under 15 years of age cannot obtain a membership at Nordic Performance Training. Children and young people under 15 may only train at Nordic Performance Training as part of a physiotherapeutic personal training program conducted by the trainers at Nordic Performance Training, cf. the safety regulations.
2.3. Membership Includes
- Full access to our facilities during all opening hours (05:00–23:00, year-round).
- Access through our app to the structured training program that the member has been trained in by their personal trainer during their prior training program. The member must follow this program as well as the method and approach in which they have been trained. Self-directed training outside of the program or with external programs is not permitted.
3. Registration for Membership at Nordic Performance Training
3.1. The Nordic Performance Training concept includes a membership cap based on the facility's capacity. A membership cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the number of current members and our internal waiting list.
3.2. Member registration is completed online after receiving an email with registration information.
3.3. The membership is valid from the date payment is made.
3.4. The member will receive an access card to Nordic Performance Training. The access card remains the property of Nordic Performance Training but may be used personally by the member. The member is responsible for keeping the access card secure and may not transfer or lend it to others under any circumstances. Misuse of the access card will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund. Upon termination of the membership, the member must return the card to Nordic Performance Training (see sections 6.3 and 6.4 for further details).
3.5. The membership is personal and cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the registered member.
4. Payment of Membership
4.1. The member must pay a monthly membership fee and any additional fees in accordance with Nordic Performance Training's current pricing. The same applies to guardians or others legally responsible for the membership.
4.2. The monthly membership fee is due on the same calendar day each month as the original registration date. The member is responsible for ensuring that payment is made on time. If the membership fee is not paid on time, see section 6.5.
4.3. In case of late payment, Nordic Performance Training reserves the right to charge fees and interest in accordance with applicable debt collection, interest, and financial legislation.
5. Member Responsibilities
5.1. The member agrees to:
5.1.1. Familiarize themselves with the current membership terms, safety and order regulations, and any additional guidelines issued by Nordic Performance Training.
5.1.2. Inform Nordic Performance Training of any changes to contact or payment information, including name, address, email, phone number, and bank account details.
5.1.3. Pay an administration fee of 50 DKK for late payment of the membership fee if the delay is due to missing or delayed updates of the member's contact/payment information, or if Nordic Performance Training must manually update the information.
5.1.4. Scan their access card at the door upon arrival before using the training facilities. Nordic Performance Training may require ID verification.
5.1.5. Follow the specific training program in which the member has been trained by their personal trainer, accessed through the Nordic Performance Training app. The use of other programs — including other programs in the app, personally designed programs, or externally designed programs — is not permitted. The same applies to exercises, methods, or approaches that the member has not been trained in by their personal trainer. This ensures a high level of quality, safety, and a smooth training flow for all members and clients training at Nordic Performance Training. Violations may result in immediate termination of the membership, cf. section 6.4.
5.2. Lost Access Card
5.2. In case of a lost access card, the member must inform Nordic Performance Training immediately. The card will then be deactivated, and a new card will be issued for a fee of 50 DKK.
5.3. Card Security
5.3. The member is responsible for keeping the access card secure and preventing misuse by others. Nordic Performance Training must be informed immediately if misuse is suspected.
6. Termination of Membership
6.1. Memberships cannot be paused.
6.2. Memberships may be terminated by the member with one month's notice to the end of the following month. This means that upon termination, the membership will remain active for the current month plus one additional month.
6.3. Termination of membership must be done in writing via email. Nordic Performance Training will confirm the termination within five business days.
6.4. Immediate Termination
6.4. Nordic Performance Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership immediately if the member violates the membership terms. Serious violations include, but are not limited to:
6.4.1. Failure to pay the monthly membership fee and other outstanding amounts despite reminders.
6.4.2. Material violations of the membership terms.
6.4.3. Failure to comply with the safety and order regulations.
6.4.4. Other serious breaches of the agreement.
7. Changes to Membership Terms
7.1. Nordic Performance Training reserves the right to change membership fees, additional fees, and membership terms.
7.2. Minor changes take effect without separate notice.
7.3. Nordic Performance Training reserves the right to adjust ongoing membership fees annually in accordance with the consumer price index without prior notice.
7.4. Material changes to the membership terms will be communicated via email and will not take effect before the next billing cycle.
7.5. If a member does not wish to continue their membership due to material changes to the terms, the member will be released from the contract.
8. Liability and Safety
8.1. The member trains at their own risk. Nordic Performance Training is not liable for personal injuries sustained in the facility.
8.2. Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Nordic Performance Training is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8.3. Nordic Performance Training assumes no responsibility for lost items.
8.4. The member is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by improper use.

Safety Regulations
Nordic Performance Training's regulations for your own and other members' safety:
- Upon arrival, please hang your jacket on the coat rack and place your outdoor shoes on the shoe rack under the first bench.
- We recommend that valuables be packed in a bag that can be placed under the benches while you train or stay in our facilities.
- Nordic Performance Training assumes no responsibility for valuables that are lost or damaged while you are in our facilities.
- Always follow instructions issued by Nordic Performance Training staff.
- Children and young people under 15 years of age may not train at Nordic Performance Training unless they are part of a physiotherapeutic personal training program conducted by the trainers at Nordic Performance Training. This requires prior consent from a parent or guardian.
- For reasons of allergies and safety, pets are not permitted at Nordic Performance Training.
- Anything prohibited under Danish law is also prohibited at Nordic Performance Training. If theft, threats, harassment, or other unlawful acts occur at Nordic Performance Training, they will be reported to the police.
- Nordic Performance Training reserves the right to conduct video surveillance in accordance with the law. The purpose of video surveillance is to prevent violations and help resolve any offenses that have been committed, as well as to create a safe and secure environment for members. As a general rule, surveillance recordings are stored for 30 days before being automatically overwritten. Only the management of Nordic Performance Training has access to the recorded material, and the recordings will only be used in the event of a violation or suspicion of a violation of the membership terms or laws. No audio recordings are made.
- The facility is open from 05:00 to 23:00 for members. You may train for a maximum of 90 minutes per session and a maximum of 3 times per week within the opening hours, and when your training session is completed, you must leave the premises.
- It is not permitted to block doors, emergency exits, or windows, or to keep them open.
- Be considerate of others. If you feel ill or unwell, please stay home.
- You must wear clean indoor training clothes and clean indoor shoes when using the training facilities. You may not go barefoot or in socks in the training areas.
- Training without a shirt is not permitted for any reason.
- We recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly before starting your training.
- When you sweat on the equipment, we ask you to use our spray bottles and cloths available at the entrance.
Order Regulations
Nordic Performance Training's regulations for order and well-being:
- At Nordic Performance Training, we prioritize equality and mutual respect. All members must be considerate and respectful, regardless of gender, identity, disability, ethnicity, faith, or age. Any offensive or disrespectful behavior, including speech, body language, or attire, will not be tolerated.
- You may use a maximum of two pieces of equipment at a time, but must always allow other members who are training to use the equipment when you are taking a break.
- Be mindful when using your phone. Put it on silent, avoid occupying equipment while browsing or texting, and keep calls short and discreet.
- Be respectful toward other members, clients, and neighbors of the training facility. Never drop weights, handles, bars, dumbbells, or other equipment. Always be attentive and respectful toward others.
- No weights may be dropped or placed on the floor. Exercises such as deadlifts from the floor are not permitted, and when using any of our racks, the weight must be returned gently and as quietly as possible.
- Our equipment must be treated with respect and may only be used as intended.
- Always return training equipment to its designated place after use.
- Only physiotherapists or coaches employed by or otherwise affiliated with Nordic Performance Training may instruct or train others at Nordic Performance Training.
- Only use the training methods you have learned from your Nordic Performance Training coach. Consult them before trying new exercises or programs. External coaching or related services are not permitted.
- Removal or borrowing of equipment is strictly prohibited and is considered theft, which will be reported to the police.
- Photography and filming require management approval. Private use is only permitted if others do not appear without consent. Photography and filming for commercial purposes — including influencer activity, sponsored content, advertising, or related purposes — are not permitted without prior written agreement with management.
- You may not market or sell your own or others' products/services at Nordic Performance Training unless otherwise agreed with management.
- You may not consume or be under the influence of alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances while on the premises.
- Shaving is not permitted in the showers.
- The water dispenser is only for dispensing cold water, and all liquids must be disposed of in the kitchen sink.
Consequences for Non-Compliance
What happens if you do not comply with Nordic Performance Training's safety and order regulations?
Nordic Performance Training reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately without refund if you violate any of these rules.
