  • Most people need 6–12 sessions over 6–12 weeks to build habits, improve technique, and start seeing real lasting results. After that, many choose to continue with ongoing coaching to stay motivated and keep moving forward — but we always tailor the plan to your needs.

  • Personal training typically costs between 600–1,200 DKK per session at most gyms in Copenhagen. We offer structured personal training packages — not random drop-ins — for consistent, results-driven progress. Our session price ranges from 600–1,000 DKK (depending on your package). We offer the possibility to split the payment of your package into 2 instalments.

  • You don’t need any experience, no! We work with complete beginners, experienced lifters, and everyone in between. Your coach will tailor everything to your current level and goals.
